Dual‑head probe, a new type of mobile probe
A dual‑probe is a widely used diagnostic tool for detecting DNA fragments. It consists of a specialized DNA sequence called a promoter and features two distinct ends, each corresponding to the upstream and downstream regions of the target DNA sequence. When the dual‑probe binds to its complementary DNA sequence, it triggers a detectable reaction, enabling the identification of the DNA fragment’s presence. The dual‑probe has two binding sites that can attach to the DNA fragment—one at the upstream end and one at the downstream end. The upstream probe binds to the upstream region of the DNA fragment, while the downstream probe binds to the downstream region. Upon binding, the dual‑probe generates a measurable signal, allowing researchers to determine whether a specific DNA sequence is present. Dual‑probes can be employed to detect particular DNA fragments, making them valuable in biological research—such as genetic testing and genomics—as well as in disease diagnosis.

What are the steps for using a double-ended probe?
The double‑ended probe is a remarkable scientific instrument with numerous applications. Its unique design gives it an important role in scientific research. The structure of the double‑ended probe is quite simple: it consists of a steel tube made up of a short section and a long section. The shorter section is called the front probe, while the longer section is referred to as the rear probe. The length of the rear probe is adjustable, allowing users to fine‑tune it according to their needs. The double‑ended probe can be used to detect and measure a wide variety of objects, enabling determination of their shape, size, mass, and other properties. For example, it can measure laboratory items such as wall cabinets or tables, and it is also capable of analyzing extremely small entities like cells or bacteria. Employing this probe yields more precise measurement results. In addition, the double‑ended probe can detect electromagnetic waves, analyzing their vibrational characteristics to ascertain information such as an object’s location. It can likewise be used to detect sound.
How will the dual‑headed probe transform the way science is conducted, and what exactly is a dual‑headed probe?
A dual-headed probe is a highly precise scientific instrument consisting of a pair of probes that can measure the temperature, relative humidity, atmospheric pressure, and other parameters of an object, as well as its structural and morphological characteristics. It is an intelligent tool that helps scientists address scientific problems more accurately and efficiently. How does a dual-headed probe work? The device operates by having its two probes independently measure the object’s temperature, relative humidity, atmospheric pressure, and other relevant parameters. This data is then transmitted to a computer, which analyzes it according to predefined criteria to achieve the intended measurement or analytical objectives. What are the applications of a dual-headed probe? Dual-headed probes find broad use across various scientific disciplines, including physics, chemistry, biology, and medicine. They enable researchers to study an object’s structural and morphological features with greater precision and efficiency, thereby facilitating more accurate solutions to scientific challenges. In addition, these probes can be employed to detect airborne pollutants, assess water quality and environmental contamination, and monitor parameters such as temperature, humidity, and atmospheric pressure in buildings. What are the advantages of a dual-headed probe? The benefits of a dual-headed probe are significant: it offers high measurement accuracy and delivers reliable results.

Introduction to the Functions and Features of the Rotating Probe
Rotary probes are suitable for products that require quick contact with both ends of a cotter pin. Since both ends can connect to components such as PCBs, there is no need to solder one end, making the connection more flexible. They are ideal for housing connectors in applications like watch cases and mobile phone speakers, where soldering is not required. During assembly, however, two separate springs must be installed into the tubing, increasing the complexity of the manufacturing process. In mass production, this additional spring‑installation step can reduce overall yield. Rotary probes are instruments that utilize X‑ray technology to study and analyze the composition of microscopic regions. They can be used to determine the chemical composition of thin mineral samples. In addition to lighter elements such as H, He, Li, and Be, as well as elements heavier than uranium, they enable both qualitative and quantitative analysis. By employing highly focused, extremely narrow probe beams, these devices can measure the intensity of X‑rays emitted from very small areas of the sample. Rotary probes can operate at very small scales (on the order of microns), performing point or line scans to obtain layer‑distribution data, or generating surface‑distribution images. They also support automated batch testing, accommodating up to 9,999 pre‑set test points, thanks to…

In 2003, Aihua Probe (Hong Kong) Co., Ltd. was established.
We continuously recruit and develop senior technical professionals, while introducing advanced production equipment and technologies from Europe and Japan. Our manufacturing base in Cixi employs over 250 staff members, including more than 20 technical leaders—among them six senior engineers. We operate over 50 Japanese CNC automatic lathes and more than 60 Japanese CAM‑controlled automatic lathes. To further enhance product quality, we have independently established state‑of‑the‑art heat‑treatment, electroplating, and assembly lines, complemented by precision testing instruments such as the German Fischer X‑ray thickness gauge, Japanese hardness testers, and projectors. For our high‑end products, we select premium materials like U.S.-made beryllium copper or Japan’s SK4 steel. Ouhua probes are machined on high‑precision Japanese CNC lathes, then subjected to rigorous testing for coating integrity, hardness, and service life. As a result, our product quality now rivals that of internationally renowned brands from Europe, the United States, and Japan.
