Typically, straightening a row of probe‑mounting boards not only makes maintenance and disassembly more difficult but also reduces operational efficiency. Moreover, when removing the probe‑mounting board from its support frame, connection issues may arise with the wires attached to the pins. Therefore, to address these drawbacks, there is an urgent need for a rotating probe mechanism. Let’s now explore the manufacturing technology behind such a mechanism.
As is well known, battery‑processing technologies encompass chemical conversion, capacity grading, internal‑resistance testing, and voltage–current characterization, among others. Conducting these processes invariably requires a probe‑array assembly. Current probe‑array designs typically comprise a support frame and several probe‑mounting plates; a rack‑and‑pinion mechanism is positioned on either side of the mounting plates, with multiple plates arranged in parallel, each capable of accommodating several probes.
In practical applications, since each probe must be connected to external leads, numerous crossing wires are exposed on the probe mounting board. When it becomes necessary to individually maintain or remove a specific probe‑type pin, straightening an entire row of probe mounting boards often proves not only cumbersome but also reduces operational efficiency.

Additionally, when removing the probe mounting plate from the bracket, connection issues may arise with the wires attached to the pins. Therefore, to address these drawbacks, there is an urgent need for a rotating probe mechanism. Next, let’s explore the manufacturing technology behind such a mechanism!
Realize technological ideas
The objective of this technology is to provide a rotary probe mechanism that enables the maintenance, removal, replacement, or installation of chemical conversion probes without having to detach the probe mounting plate from the support frame. To achieve this objective, the technology comprises frames positioned on opposite sides of the probe mounting plate along its longitudinal direction, and a rotary support shaft located at the top of the probe mounting plate. The axis of the rotary support shaft is aligned along the longitudinal direction of the probe mounting plate, and the shaft passes through the plate. Preferably, the probe mounting plate is mounted on a base plate and oriented in alignment with the probes.
A rotating device, characterized by comprising a frame positioned on each side of the probe mounting plate along its longitudinal direction, and a rotary support shaft located at the top of the probe mounting plate; the axis of the rotary support shaft is aligned along the longitudinal direction of the probe mounting plate, and the rotary support shaft passes through the probe mounting plate to be rotatably connected to the frame.
Frames are arranged on opposite sides of the rotating probe mounting plate along its length; a frame is mounted at the top of the probe mounting plate; and the rotational support shaft is aligned axially along the length of the probe mounting plate, passing through both the probe mounting plate and the frame to provide a rotatable connection. The probe mounting plate comprises a base plate and side plates positioned on either side of the base plate along its longitudinal direction, with the top of the base plate connected to the bottoms of the side plates. The rotational support shaft extends through the side plates. Additionally, a needle bed support plate is provided, fixed to the top of the base plate and positioned between the side plates, with the rotational support shaft also passing through this needle bed support plate.
